A new podcast from the FDS Laboratory

A new podcast from the FDS Laboratory
With the release of the third episode, entitled "Neither Ugly nor Beautiful"
and devoted to the 18th century mathematician Maria Gaetana Agnesi,  the first  series of podcasts "Inventing Mathematics: Stories of Mathematicians" comes to a close. The series, produced by the FDS Laboratory of the Department of Mathematics in collaboration with Metid Learning Center, consists of three episodes, each approximately 30 minutes long, and is dedicated to the biographies of extraordinary, often forgotten, female mathematicians who worked in historical and cultural contexts in which the academic career was almost banned to women.

Episodes:
1. Emmy se ne infischia (Emmy doesn't care,  Emmy Noether)

2. Fisica e Diamanti (Physics and Diamonds, Emilie du Chatelet)

3. Nè brutta nè bella (Neither Ugly nor Beautiful, Maria Gaetana Agnesi)

The series is available in Italian on the main platforms:
