On 15-16 September, the Department of Mathematics hosted the meeting Advances in mathematics: fluid-structure, sustainability, quantum mechanics.
The event was a unique opportunity for the members of the Department to meet the Advisory Board of the grant “Excellent Department 2023-27” of MUR (Italian Ministry of the University).
Filippo Gazzola, Luca Formaggia, Michele Correggi, Maurizio Garrione, Francesco Regazzoni, Alessandro Olgiati presented some results of the three lines of research (Fluid structure interaction, Mathematics for sustainable development, Mathematical features of quantum mechanics).
It has been a fruitful opportunity to share the research activities of the Department.
