The Department of Mathematics of the Politecnico di Milano has ranked 38th in the world for Mathematics in the prestigious QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025, the world ranking of the best universities by disciplinary field. At the national level, the Department confirms its first place, for the fourth consecutive time, while it is in 12th place at European level.
