The 2024 Genoa Science Festival will feature numerous events focused on mathematics and the role of women in science. Among them is the event titled "Women in Mathematics: A Dual and Ongoing Challenge", set for October 26 at 11:00 a.m. at Palazzo Ducale.
Organized in collaboration with the Italian Mathematical Union, the event will host Paola F. Antonietti from Politecnico di Milano and Serena Cenatiempo from GSSI (Gran Sasso Science Institute), with moderation by Chiara de Fabritiis from the Università Politecnica delle Marche.
