Complete entanglement and perfect entanglement.

We shall introduce the two notions in the title and give an exact formula for the dimension of a maximal completely entangled subspace in the tensor product of n finite level systems.Using the idea of a Laflamme code we shall present an example of a perfectly entangled quantum code.The basic problem is still unsolved!
