The conference will use the Vfairs platform, which allows synchronous and asynchronous participation. The conference platform will remain open to the registered participants for one month after the conference. The expectation is that the virtual experience will be user friendly and will allow fruitful interaction among attendees.
The fees are based on the estimated meeting costs along with the projected attendance. The budget includes the cost of the virtual platform to run the meeting. In addition, a goal of the organizers was to provide a low student rate which in part is supplemented by the non-student fees.
